Andy finished Watsonwood II just a few days ago. It was a very enjoyable project for him. Over a year elapsed between when we first found the house and started talking to the owners and when we finally bought it from them, so Andy had plenty of time to anticipate the project. It is exactly the kind of well-built ranch that he loves, and it hadn't been subjected to abuse - just a little neglect.
Highlights of the renovation include:
- addition of a covered deck, including installation of a back door to access it.
- addition of a 1/2 bath in a portion of the garage adjacent to the dining area.
- new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops.
